The first consultation takes approximately 90 minutes, with follow up appointments taking 60 minutes. Testing of children takes less time.

Massage helps to stimulate the blood flow and releases toxins from the body. Other benefits include relaxation, stress relief, lymph drainage, improved cirulation, reduced muscle tension and improved muscle tone. Treatment lasts for approx 60 minutes.
